He begins is photographic career mainly in theaters. He meets Dario Fo, one of the most representative personality in the contemporary Italian theater, and starts with him a fruitful collaboration.
His interest will then turn to dance, an art more suited to his professional expression, working mainly with Compagnia Teatrodanza in Rome. In 1983, he presents two exhibitions on contemporary dance in Rome and Brussels.
His unique style in portraying dance and the way he translates it into pictures make of Corrado one of the most valuable performers in the photographic panorama related to dance. He constantly collaborates with Italian and foreign magazines. He realized the photographic documentation of the books "Start the Dance" and "Stars of the Opera".
He collaborates with the Gruppo Editoriale Fabbri to the creation of the series "The Great Ballets". Since 1988 he is the official photographer of the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome where he works in parallel with dance and opera. He also documented all the architectural restoration of the theater. In 1990, at Caracalla, he is the only Italian photographer allowed to document the concert of three tenors Carreras, Domingo and Pavarotti. In 1993, he realizes a photographic exhibition for the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome called "Pas de flèche" dedicated to the great stars of the dance obtaining the consensus of the most authoritative critic: "Corrado Maria Falsini dedicated himself to a wonderful and impossible mission: stop the wind, restrain the breath, capture the shadows, nail the fleeting moment "(V.Ottolenghi).
In 1999 he chaired the conference "Photography of Theatre" organized by the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale A.Belli of Spoleto.
In the year 2000, on the occasion of the centenary of Tosca, directed by Franco Zeffirelli, he realizes for the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome digital images for the innovative theatrical projections. The collaboration with the great director grew ever stronger over the years and followed all his new productions. In 2011, Corrado is in Oman for the inauguration of the Royal Opera House in Muscat with a new production of Turandot. With his deep knowledge of modern digital processing techniques his photographic work has also developed in the field of visual communication and advertising images.
